Our retail store located in High Wycombe stocks a wide range of high quality WA beef, lamb, seafood and chicken as well as locally sourced eggs, meat rubs, pasta, sauces, honey, cheese, olive oil and our own in-house made jerky. We also stock supplies for meat smoking too.
All meat in our store is sourced in Western Australia and each piece of meat is hand selected to ensure we only sell the best quality. We take special orders for bulk purchases (ideal for sausage sizzle fundraisers or events) and our in-house butcher is in the store on Saturdays.
We also stock a wide range of grocery items, all produced locally in WA and hand picked for quality.
Dry Aged Meat Room
For the serious meat connoisseur!
Our retail store features a temperature controlled dry aged meat room. Dry ageing is a process that involves hanging fresh meat in a temperature controlled environment ranging from a few days to several weeks or more. This process allows the meat to become more flavourful through a naturally occurring chemical change that breaks the connective tissues in the muscle that leads to more tender beef. The longer meat is left to age, the more strength or depth of flavour is enabled.
Our dry aged beef is available in-store for purchase as it readies however we can also take orders. We also supply our aged meat to restaurants as well. Each cut is hand selected by our skilled butchers then aged between 30-60 days. Our dry aged meat room features Himalayan rock salt lined walls and is temperature controlled to keep consistent 0-3 degrees with 80% humidity.
